• Silver members receive up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold members receive up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week. Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

VIP level changes depend on the member's activity, and the authority reserves the right to modify VIP terms when necessary.

Account Closure

Either the member or the authority may decide to close an account. The authority may close an account for the following reasons:

• A proven breach of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity being detected.
• Extended period of inactivity.

If a member wishes to close their own account, they can contact the support team via live chat or email. The account will be finally closed only after the process of returning any valid balance has been settled.
